The routine is designed for everyone β you can make it as easy or as challenging as you like! Kash will show you different progressions of the exercises to fit your fitness level and appetite for a challenge.
The fitness session itself will start and end in Lammas Park Parkour Ground. After 9:35am we will set off for a short walk to South Ealing Cemetery with a pit stop for a good coffee.
