The "Beating of the Bounds" is an ancient tradition celebrating the historic boundaries of Poole with this year's theme all about wellbeing!

To mark the occasion, councilors will be taking on a whopping 54km cycle ride around the boundary. The route will travel through Upton, past Canford School, and along the beach, finishing with a celebration at the Quay. Expect community stalls, live music, and maybe even a few pirates!

We've kindly been offered a stall on the Quay to help promote Goodgym and spread the word of how people can be involved! Come on down to help set up (at 12), running the stall (1-5), or break down (at 5pm). Any of your time would be greatly appreciated.

We’d love for you to get involved and be part of this brilliant community tradition!
