The OT team at Hackney Adult Social Care have asked if we can provide some assistance to Ms S please. She would like to replace the existing mattress on her bed. She has a replacement mattress on site, but needs help to swap this with the old one. The old mattress needs to be taken out and downstairs to be collected by bulk waste collection
