New to GoodGym Southwark?
It can be daunting coming to your first group run but we are a nice welcoming bunch! All abilities welcome, whether you're a new runner or have been running for years.
Important Information
We meet at Old Spike Cafe in Peckham from 18:30 for a 18:45 start. You can leave bags in the cafe and use their toilets before we head out if you need to. If meeting at the task, be there for 19:00. Address is The Village Charity Shop, Nunhead Green, London SE15 3QG.
After a warm-up, we run together as a group. If there are loads of us, there will be a back marker to ensure no one is left behind. On this run, we will be running 2km to The Salvation Army (aiming to get to the task in 15 minutes). We will spend 45-50 minutes doing the tasks Polis has for us then run back to Peckham (back by 20:15 latest).

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
