18:30 - 19:45We'll be cleaning each and every one of the GoGo Discover T-Rex's and Mammoths, which is a trail in Norwich organised by the charity Break.
We'll meet outside The Forum at 6.30pm and then go round (walking, jogging or cycling) in groups taking selfies with each of the GoGo T-Rex and Mammoth, while giving each one a clean to keep them looking fresh.
There won't be a baggage drop but feel free to leave any valuables in my vehicle.

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at The Forum, and The Forum and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages
