GoodGym has been asked to help hack back some shrubs that have become rather overgrown and to clear some brambles. This will help to create a more attractive access route to the Thames Path and encourage others to look after their community spaces. Another important job is to create a dead wood pile for stag beetles and creating spaces for bug hotels. This will encourage wildlife to thrive in this area.
Please bring gardening gloves and take care when hacking back the garden as there may be broken glass or drug paraphernalia.
