Welcome to GoodGym Crewe!
We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every week to get active and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations and projects in our area.
The Task:
This week we’ll be back at Shavington Primary School. There are a number of jobs that still need doing, so I think it will be a variety of tasks including digging, clearing, weeding etc. A great opportunity for a longer run and some additional physical exercise.
The Run/walk:
GoodGym is for everyone. We welcome runners of all abilities and it is often possible to walk to the task if you would prefer. We always have a back-marker so no-one is left behind - we're about achieving something together so you'll always be welcome no matter what your pace is.
Please bring a head torch and gloves if you have them

IMPORTANT- Group run cancellation
Following extensive research, consultation with our trustees and work on how GoodGym as a community can play a positive role during the Coronavirus outbreak we have reached the conclusion to make extensive changes to our operations. **All group runs will stop for the foreseeable future** - this includes this week’s runs. This decision has been made as these are the events at which most people gather and at which we are most at risk of spreading infection.
