This is the rearranged event that was due to take place in June.
Meet at Diglis Fields by the model railway to help set up for their annual Big Lunch Picnic event. There will be tables and chairs to move, gazebos to set up and a tombola to lay out.
Stick around for the picnic if you like!
There's a separate event for the clear down too which will happen at 4pm.
Note that this is a community mission so make your own way to and from the event preferably by walk/run/bike
