We provide free, three course, sit-down meals for the community that are open to all and cooked by our wonderful volunteers using surplus food.

We are meeting at Park Lane Methodist Church, Park Lane, Wembley, London, HA9 7SG at 7.30 pm this is 3 stops from Willesden Green tube on the Jubilee Line (20 minutes, £1.90) I will bring the flyers. Then it is a 20 minute walk to the church mostly down Wembley Park Drive. We'll wait outside the church for 10 minutes - if it is raining then we can meet inside the church which will be open, just go to the right of the church and walk up the drive, there is a door on the left. So we are NOT meeting at Beer n Burger this week at all, we are making our own way. If you are coming from somewhere else there is a closer tube at Wembley Central, on the Bakerloo line and London Overground, just walk up the High Road. If you would like to jog from Willesden it is approximately 45/50 minutes - it is 4 miles - 6.5 km. We will meet at the church, apportion the leaflets then post them at local houses in the nearby streets, probably ending up back at the church.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Options are available to run between 2km and 4km in total

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
