10:30 - 11:30We are joining forces with local group Thai Upon Thames Volunteering, a fellow winner of the Mayor's community award, to help make Richmond Green the cleanest it has ever been! They have been working on the bench areas there to micro pick the many small bits of litter that don't get picked in bigger sweeps but add up to an awful lot. It involves getting down low and picking by hand so PLEASE WEAR STRONG GLOVES as litter pickers can't go this fine! You can see a photo of the kind of things they have been finding in the images
