Come and join us for a fun mixed pace training session - all abilities welcome!
We will have a warm up and a mixture of running and core strengthening exercises. We'll all run our own pace doing laps of the naval college green so this is an opportunity to push yourself as much as you want!
Where & When
We meet at 6.45pm for a 7 o'clock start at Royal Naval College on College Way between the Queen Mary and Queen Anne buildings. The what three words location is palm.latter.souk. Look out for the red Tshirts and give Rachel a call on 0795212005 if you can't find us!
The session will be about 75 minutes in total so we should be all wrapped up by 8pm.
