St Werburgh’s Community Centre
Based in St Werburghs in East-Central Bristol, we serve the local communities of Lawrence Hill, Ashley and Easton wards and communities of interest across the city. The Centre is managed by the St Werburgh’s Community Association, which aims to provide meeting spaces and facilities for individuals, community groups and voluntary organisations.

It's Tuesday so it's a group run (and walk), meeting in (and returning to) Queen Square and leaving there at 6.30 It’s head-torch season and gloves might be a really good idea

We’re helping prep for Christmas in and around the Community Centre - the Community Centre is really active with all sorts of activities and we help them keep things going.

Changing facilities, lockers and loos are available at Workout Harbourside - bring your own padlock or inventive personal prized possession to swap for one of theirs if you want to lock your, er, locker. Otherwise it’s just an er. Make sure you’re back out in Queen Square for 6.20!

We pop into ClubHaus at Workout for a drink after the run/walk - anything from a pot of tea to a pint of something local to a glass of water - so we can talk even more!

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Options are available to run between 3km and 5km in total

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
