Secret GardenJoin us for our weekly group run and task.
The task this week will be back at the secret garden - helping to clear the area, doing some little gardening jobs and get the place tidy after the bad weather.
We will meet at the Phoenix on Gandy Street where we have access to a secure area for bags and belongings, as well as cycle racks if you’d prefer to cycle.
The run is a small one (about 1km each way), but there is a walking and cycling option too.
What to bring - Please bring gardening-type gloves (spares are provided though), head torches/lights, and consider layers as its sure to be a bit cold.

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.
Options are available to run between 1km and 2km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
