Date and time
18:15 - 20:00Welcome to Goodgym Leeds ! ๐
๐โโ๏ธ๐ We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. Every Wednesday we meet to get active and do a physical task to help the charities or community organisations in our city.
WHERE WE MEET ๐ We meet outside Hyde Park Book Club. There is a space inside to store belongings, but please consider bringing any valuables with you on the run!
๐ฒThere is cycle parking at the venue and on street parking is available nearby.
TONIGHT Meet from 6pm, we'll set off at 6:15 pm. There will be a short run (less than 2km each way), with a walking group option, if requested.
THE TASK ๐งค is bramble clearing and litter picking at Rosebank Park. Let us know if you would like to meet there, so we're not waiting for you at HPBC.
RUNNING AND WALKING WITH US ๐GoodGym is for everyone. We welcome runners of all abilities and if the task is close enough we have a walking group too. It's possible to walk to this task.
๐We always have a back-marker too so nobody will get left behind - no matter your pace.

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
