WEAct are organising a local event at Goldsworth Park on Saturday 5th April from 2-4pm. Volunteers to arrive at 1:45pm just next to Quackers Cafe at the Lake. What3words is https://what3words.com/sunset.views.shaky
Volunteers will help marshal for walkers who will take on the challenge of walking 3km (twice round Goldsworth Park Lake) while fundraising for wildlife along the way.
3km is the distance that a hedgehog typically walks at night looking for food. 🦔
If you wish to run before the task, please meet at WWF Brewery Road at 13:15. We will take a steady jog along the canal.
