Mrs I would like some help with her shopping as she is struggling to get out for herself and is in her 70's. She would like some groceries and would appreciate a call beforehand to confirm what she would like. Additionally, she would like a call beforehand to check that she is at home as she says she regularly falls and may be in the hospital (and doesn't want a wasted journey). Mrs I will have the cash to pay for this and would be very grateful for the help.
