Note that the session starts at 7pm. The listing shows 6.30pm as this is the meeting time if you are joining the group walk/run beforehand (further details below).You are welcome to add a walk/run/cycle beforehand from any location and invite others to join you - there's an option under 'Getting There' so feel free to use it.

For this session we will be helping with painting a metal fence around the play area. Don't wear your best outfit and gardening gloves (or similar) would be handy to bring along if you have them. Otherwise materials (paint) and brushes will be provided.

GROUP WALK/RUN DETAILS: meeting point at 6.30pm is South Wimbledon tube station - distance will be 2-3km. There will also be a run back. Please sign up to indicate you will be joining this so we know who to expect.

FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS: On arrival Kate will be the contact, do introduce yourself and say you are with GoodGym.
