Action West London asked us to help distribute flyers in Acton to promote “Movement on the Mount”, a free community exercise programme helping women overcome barriers to being active.

Movement on the Mount offers weekly fitness sessions at St Mary’s Church Hall, Acton. The programme supports women who may face challenges accessing exercise, including those with low confidence, caring responsibilities, limited income, or from diverse cultural backgrounds — with sessions for women aged 16+ and 60+.

By completing this task, we will be:

  • Help people discover free, local ways to get active
  • Support wellbeing, confidence, and social connection

🕑 When and where? 📍

  • Meet at 6:45 pm at Ealing Broadway Station, The Broadway, London, W5 2NU for a 1.5-mile run each way - ALL PACES ARE WELCOME and nobody runs alone so come along!

Currently, we do not have changing facilities or a bag drop - please only bring what you are comfortable running with.

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
