09:00 - 09:50Some of us will be taking in Ipswich parkrun - which is based in Christchurch park for the winter months.
It's a great chance to take on a new parkrun route and "enjoy" a challenging but fast course.
It would be great to see lots of you there and it's fairly close for a gentle run down to the Waterfront to join the additional Group Run and "Starter" session task on Saturday.
For the task we will be meeting at the Waterfront Building at 10.30am - Everyone is welcome - Bring a friend and spread the word!
