Please note that this group run has been cancelled.

Just a few day's before the annual Christmas Extravaganza we'll be posting leaflets through letterboxes in the Lamorbey area of Sidcup to help promote the event.

The Christmas Extravaganza is a day of free festivities with all proceeds going to the Mayor's chosen charity, Counseling Matters Bexley so our work will be for a great cause.

Leafleting is great way to ramp up your step count - it's surprising how much distance you cover walking up and down driveways!

We'll be doing a short run before and after so this is the perfect taster for GoodGym if you've not done much running before.

📍Meeting Point

We'll meet outside the entrance of Sidcup Leisure Centre at 6.40pm for a short warm-up before a short run to do the leafleting on The Hollies . After the task, we'll run back again for a stretch before heading home.

If you prefer to walk you can set off at 6.40pm to arrive at about the same time as the runners.

The task holder no longer needs us to distribute their leaflets. But please join us for the litterpicking task instead!

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
