We're a friendly and sociable group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every Wednesday evening to get active and do a physical task to help the community organisations and charities in our area.
The task
The team at Mind in Bexley have asked us to do some letterbox leafleting to promote their Mental Elf Festive Fun Run.
The Mental Elf run is in Danson Park so we are going to spread the word in roads that are close-ish to the park.
There will even be some elf hats to wear (completely optional) to add some fun!

Meet at 6.30pm outside reception at Crook Log Leisure Centre, Brampton Rd, Bexleyheath DA7 4HH. The what3words location is: risks.bets.rider.
From there it's a short walk to where we'll be popping the leaflets through letterboxes.

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Crook Log Leisure Centre, and Crook Log Leisure Centre and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages
