Mrs A gets low in spirits because she has very limited mobility and struggles to get out of the house. Being able to get out into her garden and enjoy the space would make a huge difference to her mood and wellbeing.

16:00 - 17:30Cam Medial PCN have referred Mrs A for some help with pruning of a bush and bagging up of leaves in a small back garden so that Mrs A can access it safely. She has a means of disposing of waste.
