Looking for a friendly, supportive way to start your Saturday morning? Come and join the GoodGym crew at Newbold Comyn parkrun in Leamington Spa for a free, fun, timed 5k event.
Whether you're a seasoned runner, a jogger, a walker, or simply curious about parkrun, everyone is welcome. We'll meet before the start, say hello to fellow GoodGymers, and enjoy the fantastic community atmosphere that makes parkrun so special.

📍 Location: Newbold Comyn, Leamington Spa 🕘 Start Time: 9:00am sharp (please arrive by 8:45am for the first-timers' briefing if you're new to parkrun) 🏃 Distance: 5km 💷 Cost: Free
New to parkrun?
No problem at all! parkrun is open to everyone and is completely free to take part in. You can run, jog, walk, or do a mixture of all three. The aim is simply to be active and enjoy the experience.
Before your first event:
Register for free at parkrun. You'll receive a personal barcode by email. Bring your barcode with you on the day (printed or on your phone). Attend the first-timers' welcome briefing before the start. Complete the 5k and have your barcode scanned at the finish to receive an official result.
The great thing is that you only need to register once, and your barcode can be used at any parkrun event worldwide.

If it's your first parkrun, don't worry — there are participants of all abilities, and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. Many people walk the course, and there is always a tail walker so nobody finishes last.
