Suitable for all levels, this short session will help you build strength and stability through simple exercises that anyone can do. A strong core isnβt just about abs β it improves posture, balance, and endurance, making running and walking feel easier and more efficient. Come along, get moving, and feel the benefits before we head into the dayβs activities!
