Prospect parkrun is in West Reading. This is an opportunity to collect an alphabet letter and for us to meet our counterparts at Goodgym Reading.
Maybe non-runners could come too and volunteer? Spread the word about Goodgym and help recruit members for Reading.
There will obviously be coffee afterwards.
The course is undulating and dogs and buggies are welcomed.
Depending on sign ups, there will be seats in cars from Oxford.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
