About the virtual session
Set your own goal for the month of January, running, cycling or swimming activity that is SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achieveable, Realistic, Time-bound).
Examples to give ideas - Run everyday over the whole month of January - Walk atleast 20 minutes 5 days a week - Cycle every day in January, atleast 30 activity minutes per day, just a few ideas to get you started remember your goal is personal to you!
Those are just examples, make your own personal goal, share if you wish or keep it to yourself, it will be personal to you we all have different goals.
We can motivate each other to achieve our goals and share photos, every friday I will post on our social media sites and Whats app group asking how everyone is getting on.
Easy to set up on the website https://join.redjanuary.com/ then links to your Strava, Garmin, Fitbit or map my fitness. (you don't have to manually input every activity!)
Red Jan is free to sign up (option to donate, fundraise and buy merch).

Please note this is a virtual task where you click attending, sign up to red jan with your own goal then we motivate each other and at the end of the month a will collate how everyone has done and include any pics, it is not an actual meet up event, just a bit of january virtual fun.

Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
