These runs are aimed at getting you familiar with the route for the RSR on the 30th June, they will be at a steady inclusive pace for whoever attends. There will also be some coaching available for anyone interested in improving their technique before the big day!
To quote the RSR website "No special kit required – trail shoes probably the best shoe choice depending on conditions."
Stage 5 : 2.5km Beauchief Golf Course Undulating Single track up and over lady woods, until Beauchief golf course can be seen on the left, the track then hugs the course through the woods popping out onto the road down to the beautiful Beauchief abbey, back into the woods continuing on next to the GC eventually coming out onto the road.
Liason between 5-6 A short walk across the main road and up the pavement and down into the next set of woods.
Stage 6 : 0.9km Chancet Woods A cheeky fast short section of flowing undulating singletrack.
Liason between 6-7 Across the busy A61 and along the pavement up to the entrance to Graves park. The stage starts a little further in.
Stage 7 : 1.4km Graves Park A gradual ascent through the mature woods of Graves park, this is another stage to take at a steady pace, up and over right across the park popping out at the main car entrance.

What to look out for
Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.
I'm thinking I'll probably only do one way of this if that's okay and make my own way home from Graves park. I'll struggle to keep any sort of pace over that distance and terrain
