18:45 - 20:30Lots of us recently came together in honour of Raymond. A few people suggested reestablishing a regular Waltham Forest Goodgym run. It would be great to see if we can find a time that works for a social run (whether it's biweekly or monthly).
We'll go for a gentle jog around Walthamstow - definitely not more than 5km!
Let's get together today, go for a run and then agree how we'd like to move it forward!
