SOW TO SEW at Searchlight

11:00 - 12:30The community initiative Sow to Sew is getting ready for planting flax in a small patch of land at the Searchlight Centre. This area has already been diligently cleared by GoodGym volunteers so it’s free from weeds and brambles.
With the help of Mencap, Sow to Sew are going to plant flaxseed. If you are free and want to take part in this community gardening experience then please sign up as they need helpers.
Look out for more community activities throughout the spring/summer and autumn seasons as they will running workshops from the Searchlight Centre and support the Mencap members and our clients directly.
