We are GoodGym Richmond!

Join us for a friendly start to the weekend. Meeting at Tide Tables cafe (grab a drink for the walk if you like!) before we head over Richmond Bridge and walk the streets south of Richmond Road to post leaflets advertising GoodGym to help encourage new members. We'll finish up at Magnolia cafe for anyone who would like to join for a mid-morning break.

This task is open to everyone and while it is active, there is no set pace you have to walk at. Any questions, please email lizjones@goodgym.org

Running pace will be determined based on who is joining - don't worry if you fancy a slow and steady one!

We will meet at the Tide Tables outside space, which is beside Richmond Bridge on the same side as Gaucho (further down the towpath), the opposite side to the grassy slopes and the pubs. Look out for GG tops.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
