Supporting Mrs E with a phone call about how to deal with energy meter

Central London Community NHS Trust has asked GoodGym to help Mrs E to make a phone call. Mrs E is socially isolated, and is getting very stressed around a smart meter installation. She gets quite confused when contacting the energy company, and wondered if someone could have a look at her energy meter / be there when she contacts the energy company to explain what the issues are. She has a gas and electric meter which does not work and is confused about delay in installation as she does not understand what the energy company is telling her which causes her to be distressed.
GoodGym has listed this mission for one or two GoodGymers. Two GoodGymers can go together, but the mission will still go ahead with one if only one person signs up by the deadline. If you are concerned about going solo, please do not feel under pressure to attend. Instead, please send us an email to missioncontrol@goodgym.org. If you let us know, we will not confirm it unless we have a second GoodGymer.
