Take on the infamous GoodGym Challenge!

Date and time
18:15 - 20:00IT'S BACK FOR 2025!!
To celebrate GoodGym Portsmouth's 7th Birthday, we'll be bringing the Golden Trainer Award back to Kingston Rec.
For those new to GoodGym, or if you haven't been to a session for a while, here is the low-down...
1 Trophy. 1 Kilometer. No Watches. The Golden Trainer Time Trial is a run with a difference. Speed doesn't matter - the winner is the GoodGymer who can most closely predict their time running, walking or otherwise travelling a single kilometer.
Last year's Champ, Dave, will be in it to win it again - can anyone beat him?
The Golden Trainer will be followed by a litter pick around Kingston Rec, with potential for a chill out together after - weather dependent.

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
