GoodGym is a community of people who get fit by doing good - combining exercise and volunteering. The community have done 426,482 good deeds, completed 68,000+ group sessions to help community projects and ran over 6 million kilometres together.

We'll be meeting at The Running Charity Office and run 2.4km to the Thames Beach where we'll do some litter picking to keep the area clean. Once the task is done, we'll run back to the start point where we can cool down before we part ways.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Options are available to run between 2km and 5km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
