There is no electricity at present in the property so she cannot make it work. The washing machine is filled with dirty laundry which makes it heavier to move.
The referrer tried to move it but was unable to do so, and they would be putting their carers at risk of injury by asking them to attempt the same.
The carer will be there from 9am to 9:45am each morning.
