parkrun is a staple of the Worthing community and a great way to have fun and make new friends on a Saturday morning. If you've not volunteered or taken part before, please visit parkrun.org.uk/register and complete the form to get your barcode. On the website you can also find out about the different volunteer roles available. You can nominate yourself for a role by sending an email to worthing@parkrun.com

This is one of our periodic days through the year as Goodgymers helping at parkrun but this one has an extra dimension...

Ricky is celebrating ten years of being a "Worthingite" and invites people to help him get that celebration off to a good start by bringing together two initiatives that have added so much to his life in Worthing in recent years - namely Goodgym and parkrun.

We will undboutedly be going for coffee afterwards at a nearby establishment.
