Worthing parkrun volunteering
Enabling the run to return safely to the prom
Location
Splashpoint Leisure Centre60 Brighton Rd,
Worthing,
BN11 2EN
Date and time
08:15 - 10:00Our parkrun is back - briefly! Until Hemiko move away from the prom (which isn’t expected to be until Friday) the state of the course will not be known. It is likely that extra volunteers (marshals in particular) will be needed. It’s the perfect time to get the GoodGym message out to parkrunners, particularly those that have missed the camaraderie on recent Saturday mornings. They can at least mitigate this loss by joining the happiest keep fit and do good group in Worthing. So Saturday is the perfect opportunity for us to “headline” the volunteer team at Worthing parkrun. It would be great if the roster can be filled early in the week! As always, if you are able to volunteer sign up here and also email Worthing parkrun (worthing@parkrun.com) with your barcode.
