2 GoodGymers ventured into a quiet Exeter to help marshal the Fast Friday City Run. There were 400 runners completing the 10k course with finish times from an amazing 30 minutes upwards. We cheered on our fellow GoodGymer, Laurence who took part.

2 runners helped marshal the Fast Friday 10k run around the riverside in Exeter. There were around 300 runners braving the rain and wind, and lots of soggy but smiling volunteer marshals.

Today we joined up with CityRuns, to help marshal at the annual Power Run at Powderham Castle. We couldn’t have picked a better day to support the 5 and 10 mile runners, cheering them on in the sun.

Today 2 of the group were back at Powderham Castle, supporting the annual power run. The course was like a swamp, but so great to support those who ran!

Today Lucy and Craig teamed up with City Runs, helping marshal their annual Good Friday run. Last minute course changes due to the heavy rain, but still great to see the event go ahead. The sun was out, then it wasn’t, then it rained, then it didn’t, but still lovely to see so many people out. Huge shout out to our very own Lawrence, who ran the race!

Today we were back helping marshal the Fast Friday 10km race, hosted by City Runs.

The sun was out, 250+ runners to support, a perfect start to the long weekend!
