This morning, bright eyed Farzeen and myself arrived to water the goodgym flower bed to help the plants in the battle against the heat. They are helping each other by grouping together as a team, as long as no arghy bargy comes between them they will survive.

This morning the goodgym flower bed was watered, to keep them all going until the weather decided to rain rather than just promises. 🤔🥵

Helping runners in the Ranelagh Half take water for drinks and pouring it over heads in the very hot morning weather! Enjoyed seeing people in action, cheering on, getting the cup handover technique perfected and catching up with Pippa!

What a lovely evening spent in the company of some very special individuals. Claire, Jade and Rachel went to the Guildhall to support Emily on her nomination for a Mayor's Community Award. The event was to highlight all the special volunteers that went above and beyond to help in their communities. Emily had to stand in front of the audience and listen to Rachel explain all the wonderful details of why she was nominated. She was then presented with a certificate and a gift.
Well done Emily for all your support and enthusiasm for volunteering - you make such a big difference to your community and we are very grateful for all you do.
