The Hillfields food bank event was a first for me and I absolutely loved it. Everyone was so friendly and chatty. We got all quickly got stuck in and were done in no time. Thank you for such a lovely morning :)

7 (mostly) soggy Goodgymers braved the weather to help out at Hillfields foodbank this morning. In our group we ranged from the legendary (Dave G) with multiple good deeds under his belt, to newcomers such as Penelope and Colleen. Everyone got stuck in unloading the van, sorting and then tallying the food so it was ready to share with neighbours in need. Well done everyone, great job. Because of the lovely (not) weather Sarah decided we would leave flyering until another day, so we had an early finish. No photos taken because I forgot, so I've added one of Fergus in his Christmas jumper! (Looking a bit cleaner and drier than he did after Parkrun this morning!
