Wow it was cold this morning! Well done to the team of Goodgymers who came along to help out this morning.

On a brisk November morning 2 Goodgymers came along to support junior parkrun's event at Salt hill park.

Manjit with her 'fresh out of New York marathon' legs was on tail walker duties whilst Pam was marshaling at position no 4.

21 finishers was a small number today but our Event Director was making up the miles, Manjit will be rubbing New York Marathon.
