Adelheid has just done their first run to visit an isolated older person. This person will act as Adelheid's Coach; helping them to keep motivated to exercise. In exchange Adelheid will drop in each week for a chat.

Really enjoyed it! Sadly, I won't be here today (I'm recovering from a bout of fatigue/virus so am taking things a bit slower and don't want to push myself too hard after my run yesterday) and I'm away next week - plan to come bouncing back after Easter!
