Luton Report written by Gill (She/her)
We had a team of 9 GoodGymers at FoodCycle tonight, which was great as they were very short of volunteers. Lucie and Gill had been preparing the meal including peeling and slicing bags and bags of shallots for the French Onion Soup, as well as making a delicious lentil and mushroom bake. The rest of our team were hosting, and Teklay was stuck in at the sink on Potwasher duties. Well done to everyone who worked well to make sure the evening went smoothly.

Today letter pick went well.we worked together to clean up the area . It was encouraging to see how much of a difference a small group can make in a short amount of time. People passing by were positive and appreciative, which made the effort feel even more worthwhile. Overall, it was a productive and rewarding session, and we’re proud of what we achieved together.
