Al Garthwaite has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Al is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

I wish I could come every week. Sadly I already have a regular commitment booked, starting this Wednesday evening....but if ever I am free I shall come along.
