Dale Connelly has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Dale is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Afternoon Dale,once again my apologies for last night.Whatever the rights and wrongs I should have dealt with it in a better manner.That's not my normal behaviour and it no way reflects how GoodGym Colchester is.I very much hope this hasn't put you off coming to GoodGym Colchester.Hope to see you again.Regards Ian
