A swift clean up as ever at Planet Food, with super help from Sam & Elle who were on a gardening task outside. Chairs stacked, tables wiped & put away, floors hoovered and swept and Southlands left in ship shape ready for the next community activity.

Ok, so our feats didn't quite make it to the cinema screens, but they got great reviews from the task beneficiary who could not believe that four GoodGymers showed up to prep the raised beds for autumn. With three proper gardeners leading the way, Elle just followed Sam, Rachel and Clare's lead, and before the half-an-hour was over they'd managed to fill the whole compost heap and the three raised beds were looking better than ever!
