Fiona has visited an isolated older person during their run 10 times now. It sounds like they've made friends. This is likely to have made a huge difference to the life of the older person. Isolation and loneliness are crippling for many; a friendly face visiting regularly can change someone's whole outlook on life.

You're so right Debs! I'm amazed it's been 10 visits - that's a whole lorra tea and biscuits - and I'm so happy my coach still wants me to turn up each week. :)
