On Thursday evening, Jason, Helen & Katie braved the heat to run 10K in Apperley Bridge. We'll done guys, judging by the photos, the hose pipe was a welcome addition!

Nettle stings, berry tasting & weeding were the name of the game last night. We headed up to one of our favourite places, Beckhill Community Garden at the back of Stainbeck United Reformed Church. It's a beautiful space & Lynn has worked wonders with the garden over the last 2 years.

We were weeding & watering & Lynn messaged afterwards saying what a difference we had made. Adam tried a gooseberry for the first time but I don't think he appreciated it! Alice & I both got nettled...now you know you've been to GoodGym if you're stung by something at the end of the evening!
