Laura Mackeen cheered by other people 25 times.
Laura is part of a crowd that's making a huge noise. Laura has been cheered by 25 people - that's a round of applause just on their own. We hope they keep it up.

Westminster Report written by Joel Wiles
8 M GoodGymers ran 10k to give 60 Easter Eggs to the homeless community of Westminster.
On a chilly spring evening we really stretched our running distance with an epic route taking in many of London's most famous landmarks.
We got the Eggs rolling straight out the store and search all over Westminster borough as well as apparently real Westminster to. The Eggs were particularly well received in Trafalgar Square picking up hugs, shouts and fist bumps!!
With us still being a little loaded we decided maybe slightly unwisely to loop back via One Big Family Homeless kitchen to drop off the remaining Eggs. The Eggs were warmly received and will be given out in the evenings food parcels but added maybe a few too many K's to the run. But onwards we marched all the way back to base racking up the distance and helping the homeless community of Westminster!!
Think we all earned our refuel tonight, well done to everyone for sticking to it and gritting it out.
Next week I promise a shorter 5k loop to St Andrews Youth club (oldest Youth club in the world) to help them out with some physical tasks and a bit of cleaning.
Hope to see you there, have a great week!!

16 Westminster GoodGymers ran 7k to One Big Family Homeless Charity in Victoria to make the food for the evenings Soup kitchen.
On a beautiful Spring evening we welcomed a flock of Goodgym Newbies for their maiden outing.
After a introduction in the New Balance store we headed South through the sights, sounds and many many people who were out and about in Central London.
Weaving our way past Palaces and through parks we made our way 3.5k to Ebury Estate where we met up with One Big Family legend Mike!
A quick wash of the hands and we orchestrated an efficient and compact production line producing 3 loaves of Jam sandwiches, 3 loaves of Cheese sandwiches, 36 buns of Vegetarian Ham, cut up 150 slices of pizza bread and 50 slices of cake. All bagged up, allergy dotted and stacked up in 25 minutes!!
A quick wash up and we were off back through the slightly quieter streets back to base. Picking up the pace at the front and maintaining a steady rhythm at the back smashed through the first 2k of the run back before ** Unleashing Fury** on the Green Park drag with some powerful 500m efforts from everyone all the way up the slope to the gates of recovery!!
A relaxed jog back from there was well earned and a stretch and a clap and we were done!!
Great effort tonight! Hope to see you along for the run next week! Be great to have you along to the Special Easter Egg give away where we will run around town handing out Spring cheer to the homeless and youngest kids at St Andrews Youth Club. If you are able to bring along a donation or 2 no matter how big or small it will be great!!

18 dodging GoodGymers ran the busiest 4k ever to Rhythams of Life Homeless Charity and sorted 2 tones of donations.
We welcomed many new faces this evening some GoodGym first timers and others Uber GoodGym travellers!
No easy way to start the run as we had the busiest run in GoodGym history between Oxford Street and Leicester Square. 1.5k of being super alert and dancing around a million people doing their Spring early evening thing!
A few back streets and quieter ally ways while managing to keep a steady rhythm we reached The colossal building that is Rhythams of Life Homeless Charity. We all the staff and charity volunteers out delivering food donations to the homeless of Westminster we had the building to sort out.
We split into groups sorting out huge bags of clothing donations into labelled and ordered piles in the main room up stairs which looks almost unrecognisable from when we started the task last week.
A second group began sorting the catering, electricals and a anything else in the back room while the basement crew got stuck into some serious graft down stairs ordering, sorting the Winter clothing while sorting books, electronics, manakin legs with pained toenails.
With the main room sorting at a great pace we brought anything that was not going to be used down to the basement to make the room as easy to use as possible.
After 50 minutes of serious sorting action we have conquered the double task!! As a reward when we return in May we will sorting out food packages and running them around the borough to help feed the local homeless community.
Bouncing out the door, we altered our route and took in a few sights running through The edge of Leicester Square, the heart of Trafalgar Square, past St James's Palace then powering up the hill to the Ritz hotel. After checking out a few shops on Old Bond Street we had genital run back to base where we stretched out and congratulated ourselves on a top evening of GoodGym action!!
Be great to have you along next week when we visit One Big Family Homeless Charity in Victoria.
A sad goodbye to Annie who is off on her travels and leaving the big smoke. Thank you so much for your energy and enthusiasm at GoodGym!
