This Monday, GoodGym Bromley went door-to-door flyering for the brilliant Library of Things (LoT).
LoT is an organisation helping ease the cost of living crisis by providing rental access to tools and appliances like drills and sewing machines that would typically cost hundreds.
You can find their lockers at the Greener & Cleaner Hub in The Glades and 20+ other locations across London.
Special mention to Marian for keeping pace through Church House Gardens, Laura for leading out the walking group and good luck Denzel ahead of the Vitality 10K.
Everyone who joined on Monday night will also get an exclusive discount to use LoT (I'll email you directly).
Next week we're hitting the streets again flyering for Bromley Borough Foodbank. Hope to see you there.

Marina Lazaridou earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Marina completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Marina was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

A big welcome to Sabrina and Marina, first time GoodGymers for today's task at Kelsey Park! 👋
Thankfully the rain had just about finished by the time we arrived and stayed away for the morning, enabling us and the Friends group to clear some brambles along the path by the waterside in the beds between benches. We managed to get some roots, but it was too soggy to try for some deeply embedded ones, and others were buried in amongst fir-like shrubs with needle leaves that were prickly to go between, so we had to settle for cutting other brambles back as far as we could.
We filled several wheelbarrows full, making a real difference to the beds that so many people walk by every day.
Great work, team!
