Birmingham Report written by Jonny Carter
Tonight we welcomed Hannah to GoodGym for first time and we also had Joanne come along who was visiting from GG Exeter.
Four of the group ran to the task from the Good Intent and the others met us at the session. Laura warmly greeted us and it was on with the task.
We had to fill wooden frames with compost then cover the area around them with woodchipping, hence the pun thought up by James. Well actually we didn't just 'chip away' at the task in the end, we completed the whole thing! It was a really great job done which Laura more than appreciated :)
Once done it was time for a group photo then the group scattered, some running and some walking.

Jonny and Narendra joined the Friends of Perry Common Meadows on a wonderful sunny morning at Perry Common. Yes, for once it wasn't raining!
Narendra had done a run around the common before we started and Jonny arrived on his bike.
We met at the Tiny Forest and got to work litter pick. Both GG'ers got a full bag of rubbish. Jonny certainly got to gym in GoodGym with a very heavy bag to carry back from the car park to the Tiny Forest. The biceps were certainly screaming!
Once done, Narendra joined the rest of the group in the cafe after the group pic of course :)

Tonight Narendra joined a GG task for the first time as we did a brief litter pick around St Pauls Square, managing to get a whole bag in 10 minutes. Excellent work!
After the litter pick we were met by James and joined the weekly COBS social run.
Great effort by everyone on a cold and wet evening!
